Desktop app for Windows and macOS

• Windows: Windows 10 or later. Download the installer (signed .exe).
• macOS: macOS 15 Sequoia or later. Sign in and download it from Apps.

Windows

   Run the installer. If Windows asks whether to run it, check that Teneks is the publisher and choose Run.

   Click Login in the Teneks bar and sign in in the browser that opens, then press Open Teneks App. Allow it through Windows Firewall if Windows asks.

   Allow microphone access, check your audio settings and press Start.

macOS

   Open the .dmg and drag Teneks into Applications, then open it. Allow it in Privacy & Security if macOS asks.

   The first screen asks for audio. Click Allow Microphone and Allow Audio Capture, then Continue.

   Click Login and sign in in the browser that opens, then press Open Teneks App. Start your first recording.

Two ways to use it

• Local: records the call on this computer and uploads it to your workspace for the transcript, summary and scoring.
• Live: shows guidance during the call, so you see the prompt while the customer is still talking.

If something looks wrong

• Sign-in does not hand back to the app. Sign in through the browser window the app opens and leave it open until it returns you to Teneks. If you are already signed in there, press Open Teneks App. If nothing happens, quit the app fully and try once more.
• No audio is captured. Grant microphone access in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone on macOS, or Settings › Privacy › Microphone on Windows, then restart the app.
