Connect TENEKS to Pipedrive
Every recorded call or meeting, summarised onto the right Pipedrive deal, person or organization, with a link back to the full conversation.
What it does
- Writes one note per conversation to the matching deal, person or organization: the summary, next steps and a link to the full conversation in TENEKS.
- Or logs it as a Call activity instead, if a workspace admin prefers that.
- Sending the same call again updates the same note, so there are no duplicates.
- Credits each note to the right salesperson by matching TENEKS users to Pipedrive users by email.
- It never creates deals, persons or organizations. It only writes to records a conversation is matched to.
Requirements
- A TENEKS subscription on the Enterprise, Sales Pro, Meetings or Pro Meetings plan. CRM integrations are not part of trials or entry plans.
- A Pipedrive admin to install the app in your Pipedrive company.
- A TENEKS workspace owner or admin to connect it. One connection serves the whole workspace.
No TENEKS account yet? Email contact@teneks.ai. We set up your TENEKS workspace; the Pipedrive integration is included on those plans.

Connect as a Pipedrive user who can see the deals your team works on. TENEKS searches and writes with that user’s Pipedrive permissions.
What gets written
- One note per call or meeting: title, date, duration, rep, call type, summary, next steps and a link to the conversation in TENEKS.
- Optional field mapping fills deal, person or organization fields from the conversation. Preview shows the result on a real call before anything is written.
- The transcript is included only if a workspace admin switches on Include the transcript and acknowledges it. It is off by default.
- TENEKS never creates deals, persons or organizations.
How calls are matched
- When a participant’s email address or phone number exactly matches a Pipedrive person, TENEKS suggests that person and their deals.
- Otherwise the rep searches Pipedrive from the call’s CRM panel in TENEKS and picks the deal, person or organization.
- Send each call with Send to Pipedrive, or turn on Send calls automatically so calls with a confident match are sent without a click.
Who gets credit
TENEKS links each teammate to the Pipedrive user with the same email address, so every note is credited to the salesperson who had the conversation. An admin can link anyone left unmatched by hand in Settings › Integrations › Users.
Data TENEKS accesses
Pipedrive grants these permissions together at install. This is what each one is used for.
| Permission | What TENEKS reads | What TENEKS writes |
|---|---|---|
base | The connecting user and company: company id, name and domain | Nothing |
deals:full | Deals the connecting user can see (title, person, organization, owner) and deal field definitions | Notes on deals; mapped deal fields, only if an admin maps them |
contacts:full | Persons (name, email, phone) and organizations, and their field definitions | Notes on persons and organizations; mapped fields, only if an admin maps them |
activities:full | Only the activity TENEKS itself created, to update it | One Call activity per conversation, only if an admin chooses activities over notes |
users:read | Pipedrive users’ names and emails | Nothing |
search:read | Deal, person and organization search results | Nothing |
TENEKS stores its OAuth tokens encrypted, the ids of the records a conversation is matched to and of the note it wrote, and Pipedrive user ids and emails for the user links. It keeps no copies of your deals, persons or organizations. See the Privacy Policy.
Disconnect or uninstall
- In TENEKS: Settings › Integrations › Disconnect. TENEKS revokes its Pipedrive access, which also uninstalls the app in Pipedrive.
- In Pipedrive: Tools and apps › Marketplace apps › uninstall TENEKS. TENEKS deletes its tokens and stops all writes.
- Notes already written stay in Pipedrive. Deleting a call in TENEKS does not delete its note.
