Choosing AI Sales Coaching Tools for a Small Team
A small sales team needs a tool someone will use every week. That may mean prompts for reps during calls, useful recordings for a manager's coaching session or less manual CRM follow-up.
Choose the first task you want to improve, then try the relevant features with the people doing that work.

Build a shortlist around the work

Gong publishes a quote-based pricing model; other vendors offer combinations of public plans and custom terms. Ask for the rollout tasks in your environment, including device permissions and any required connections.
Decide with your team
Have a rep evaluate whether the prompts are useful during conversation. Have a manager check whether the review explains where an observation came from. Keep those results alongside the quote and implementation tasks.
