Country Business Developer

Latvia, Lithuania, Poland or Finland. You open the market for Teneks in your country and keep managing the customers you sign. Commission only, no cap. One person per country.

  • Latvia / Lithuania / Poland / Finland
  • Contractor, Part-time
  • Commission only, no cap

This job is for closers. If sales films like Glengarry Glen Ross are your thing, or you follow Grant Cardone or Shelby Sapp, this is where you get to do it for real rather than watch it. You find your own deals, you close them, and you earn exactly what you bring in. No leads handed to you. No cap. Nobody else working your country.

Pay

Commission only, with no cap and no territory shared with anyone else. You earn a percentage of the first-year contract value of every deal you close, plus a share of renewals and upsells on the customers you signed, for as long as they stay with us. Paid monthly against your invoice, on the revenue we have collected. We give you the exact percentages in the first conversation.

A €750 first-month guarantee. If you choose to work the system in your first four weeks — fifty companies contacted each week, logged in the shared pipeline — and nothing has closed by the end of it, we pay you €750 anyway. Once, at the start, so the first month costs you nothing but the work.

I sold the first Teneks contracts myself. Ten companies a day, three or four calls to reach each one, so about forty calls a day and fifty companies a week. The first B2B customer came out of that first week. We rebuilt the product around what they told us, and the second one landed the week after. There is nothing in that I can do and you cannot. The difference is that you get paid for it.
Arne Niitsoo, founder of Teneks

What you will do

  • Find sales, customer service and operations teams in your country that spend their day on calls, and get first meetings with them.
  • Run the first calls and demos. Set prospects up with a free test on one of their own recordings and walk them through what Teneks found.
  • Close pilots and annual contracts.
  • Stay the main contact for the customers you sign: onboarding, questions, renewals.
  • Tell us what you hear in the market: objections, feature requests, which competitors come up.

Who we are looking for

  • You live in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland or Finland and speak the local language at a native level. Good English for working with us.
  • You have sold B2B software or services before, ideally to sales or customer service managers, and you already have contacts in that world you can call this month.
  • You are used to working without a marketing team or SDRs behind you.
  • You treat this as real work rather than something you get to when nothing else is on. Part-time is fine. Occasional is not.

How we work

  • A weekly call with Arne, a shared pipeline, and quick answers on pricing and product questions.
  • The product, the website and the sales material are already in your language.
  • You are a contractor and you invoice us. You decide your own hours and how you sell.
  • We agree a target for the first quarter and review together how it is going.
